shutter found was associated with
Rochester
Optical Co. New Model Variation 1, as part of a fairly
complete outfit. The R.O.C. catalogs of around this time do not
appear to feature this exact shutter, but perhaps they offered some
products plainer and less expensive than those in the catalog.
