Illustrated Catalogue and Price List of Photographic Apparatus and Supplies, Blair Camera Co., (Boston, MA), 1889-1890, ~6"x9 ½", 44pp

The front cover is dated 1890, yet the inside front cover (same piece of paper) and the title page are dated 1889.  This is because they were printed separately.  Blair (and others) would supply the insides, to which the cover, printed specific to the distributor, was glued.  See the example of Oscar Foss' Scovill & Adams catalog for 1890.
