The contents of this volume were printed as pamphlets monthly in 1895. They were later bound into this hard-cover book. Unfortunately, the ads (which were considerable in this era) were not bound along with the articles. There are, however, five gelatin prints, glued onto stiff board, and bound in at the beginnings of the January-April and July editions. These have been scanned below.
