The large photographic supply houses, Scovill & Adams and E. & H. T. Anthony & Co., had their series of photographic publications. Apparently, so did Gennert, judging from the binding of this book. As usual, unless you are considering taking up illustration, the most interesting section is the advertising, especially the ad for the Gennert Brighton. This book has no copyright date, but the Author's Preface is dated November, 1894.
