This hardbound book is printed in London, but the initial pages (prior to page 1) are ads from Burke & James. Additionally, this book was purchased along with a similarly aged Burke & James Rexo catalog, and probably this volume was sold by Burke & James. This is the second edition, and is dated 1909, which is consistent with the highest Photo-Miniature volume being No. 82 (No. 84 was dated Dec., 1907).
