This is one of two Photographic Digest issues purchased at the same time, the other being Vol. 1, No. 3, March 1911. One major change from 1911 is that the phrase Eastman Kodak Co. is included on the title page, just after Northwestern Photo Supply Co. Apparently, EKC is underwriting some or all of the cost of publication, or had purchased the Northwestern shop entirely. The number of pages have been reduced from 32 to 24, and, as might be expected from the change mentioned above, almost all the ads are either Northwestern or EKC. This publication was scanned primarily for the Skyscraper ad on page 24. The articles are directed towards professional photographers: how to increase business, how to recycle silver, etc.
