Page 24 bears the code 25-50M-8-30 and the copyright 1930. Since the copyright 1932 catalog bears the code 55-5M-7-32, we can surmise that the second to last number corresponds to the month, i.e., 8=August. The Speed Graphic on page 16 is the side handle (Pre-Anniversary) style, whereas as late as the 1927 catalog, it was still the top handle style.
