Notes:
The Ordinary Kodak
is the Kodak without the leather cover. Originally, it was less
expensive than its leather-covered brother, but, inevitably, the beauty
of the wood and brass won out, and now commands a premium.
As the smallest version, the "A" commands a premium price above the "B",
which, in turn, will be more expensive than the commonest and largest
Ordinary, the "C" References:
