This lens is not present in the May 1885 Anthony amateur catalog. The only wide angle lens offered in the 1885 catalog was Dallmeyer's Wide-angle Rectilinear Lens. In the August 1887 catalog, both the Dallmeyer and Anthony wide angle lenses are present. Anthony points out that the Dallmeyer is the best.
