The 1896 Montgomery Ward catalog and the 1897 Montgomery Ward Catalog featured Rochester company view cameras and the models were named as in the Rochester catalogs. In this catalog, about 8 years later, Ward apparently has contracted with the Seneca Camera Mfg. Co. and the Imperial Camera and Mfg. Co. to produce cameras that are given the Chicago model name (see pages 32-33) and they sport corresponding Chicago labels.
