Notes: 
     Most manufacturers produced and supplied camera carrying cases.  Ones constructed of canvas were supplied with more expensive cameras, rather than the heavier wooden cases.  It seems from the catalog literature that only Anthony produced a more rugged canvas case having brass edges.  Its usefulness would have been most apparent in the 14x17 version above, where strength would be necessary.
